What areas do you cover?

The areas covered include St John's Wood, Regents Park, Primrose Hill, Hampstead Heath, West Hampstead, Maida Vale, and Little Venice.

Question 3

What are your available times for dog walking and/or pet sitting services?

Accepted Answer

For dog walking, we are available Mondays to Sundays between 9am - 5pm subject to availability.

For pet sitting, we are available at daytime, Mondays to Sundays between  9am - 5pm subject to availability.

Question 4

Do you offer ad hoc dog walking services?

Ad hoc requests are welcome, and I will always do my best to accommodate last-minute bookings whenever possible. However, to help ensure availability, I kindly recommend providing at least three hours’ notice when making a request.

How many dogs are walked at any one time?

Accepted Answer

Dogs are walked in small groups, with a maximum of three per walk.

Question 6

How do you arrange the pick-up and drop-off of the dogs?

Accepted Answer

I will personally collect and return your dog from your home or local park on foot at the agreed time.

Do you offer overnight pet care services at a client’s home?

Accepted Answer

No, I only offer daytime dog and cat sitting.

How can I make a booking?

Accepted Answer

To enquire about my services, please complete the contact form at the bottom of any page and specify which service(s) you are interested in for your pet.

To schedule single or multiple bookings, please click 'Book Now' on the service you require and customize the reservation according to your preference. For example, if a Private Dog Walk is required for more than 1 hour, you can select + Add Service and select the same option for as many hours as needed on a preferred date (subject to availability).

How do I pay for my dog walk and/or pet sitting service(s)?

Accepted Answer

In order to secure the booking for dog walks, full payment via bank transfer or cash is required at the time of dog collection.

For pet sitting, full payment via bank transfer or cash is required at the time of arrival to the client's home.

Question 10

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Accepted Answer

No, full payment for the chosen service(s) is only required at the time of dog collection or upon arrival at the client’s home for pet sitting.

Question 11

Am I required to be at home when you collect or drop off my dog?

Accepted Answer

No. You are welcome to provide a set of keys to allow me to collect and return your dog even if you are not at home.

Question 12

Do you accept all dog breeds, or are there any breed restrictions I should be aware of?

Accepted Answer

I accept most breeds; however, for safety reasons, I do not walk or pet sit dogs that are considered high-risk or have a history of aggressive behavior. This includes breeds such as Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Cane Corsos, and other large guardian breeds. My priority is ensuring a safe and enjoyable walk for all dogs in my care, as well as for the public.

Question 13

My dog requires a muzzle due to aggressive behaviour around other dogs or people. Are you equipped to handle such situations during walks?

I am unable to include dogs with aggressive behaviour in group walks, and this policy also extends to private walks for safety reasons.

Question 14

Is there anything I need to prepare or supply for my dog’s walk or pet sitting appointment?

Accepted Answer

By law, all dogs must wear an identification tag with up-to-date contact details when in public. Additionally, a secure and comfortable lead or harness must be provided.

For pet sitting services, please ensure your pet has enough food and supplies to last the entire duration of the booking.

Question 15

How are emergencies handled?

Accepted Answer

When you complete the booking form, I securely store your dog’s veterinary information to be used solely in emergencies. In the rare case of an emergency, I will promptly notify you. If veterinary treatment is needed, your dog will be taken either to your preferred vet or, depending on the situation, to the closest available veterinary facility.

How are walks managed during adverse weather conditions?

Walks will proceed in rainy or muddy conditions, and I’ll do my best to clean and dry your dog afterwards. To help with this, please ensure a towel is left out and, if possible, access to a hose is available.

However, in the event of extreme or unsafe weather, walks may need to be shortened or cancelled to prioritise the wellbeing of your dog(s) and myself.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please contact me by email or telephone by giving at least 3 hours notice if cancellation or rescheduling of a booked service is needed. This cancellation will be free of charge.
Please note: If a cancellation is made after I have already arrived at the agreed location, a £10 fee may be requested to cover time and travel costs. I understand that unexpected situations can arise, so this fee will not apply in genuine exceptional circumstances.
